Yes. It's capable of HSPA+ speeds at 21mbps. Plenty fast for most things. I use it on my straight talk at&t sim service at ~ $33-$35/month for unlimited voice, text, and 2GB of 3G data.

There is no hack to make it work on TMobile 1700. Never gonna happen needs a different radio chip. If your area has TMobile 1900Mhz it will work fine. If not then you will only get edge speeds. ...

TMo has not physically updated the Note 2 in any way (like an "S" model) So it's the best as it's the only one Yes, just an odd listing 3G for sure if you are using AT&T.
