I think I read somewhere someone was able to use it at 1080p @ 120hz.. 120fps gaming? As far as 4K vs 2160p, blame marketing... Twenty-one-sixty-pee doesn't sound as cool as 4K when a salesman...

hmmm if this can do 1440p at 60hz this is a good buy since u can use it as a computer monitor and get the use out of 1440p screen. i tried searching but i cant find anything...damn u now u got me...

you have a point, although that's what the cinema used resolution was called but that was referring the the horizontal resolution. the same horizontal resolution that 4k is named after. maybe 2160p?

as a higher resolution PC monitor, it's not bad, but as a TV...that's debatable (limited to 30hz refresh rate at this resolution though, so probably not good for gaming)
