Yep, it's dead. I can now add rebate cards to my account, but when I try to withdraw from them, it gives me an error message telling me to call Serve. When I called, they told me of a "recent" policy...

Would not take much for them to block rebate cards based on the card number- e.g. Amex rebate cards start with 374326xxxxxxxxx. Surprised it has lasted this long tbh.
