I have used it up til just before 2pm in the past and they told me it was because the system allots for people having been in line waiting to check out. I don't know if it can be manually overridden...

This coupon won't work for online purchases. It is for in-store purchases only. The code you mention is what the cashier has to enter during your in-store transaction for the $10 off $25.

No. Last month, they kept handing the coupon back to me, too. You can always go to another cashier if they wanted to enforce it...anywhere in the store.
