That sucks. I haven't done the math, but I have a feeling they cancelled because they probably wouldn't be able to make that money back from you with that many discounted phones.

When it was OOS. I just mentioned the promo. I don't know if it has to do with Premier accounts or the fact that they cannot do upgrades on used phones over the phone but they processed it.
