Unless they are claiming they didn't receive the UPC, you shouldn't need to provide it again or need a copy. Try calling and speaking to someone about the rebate rejection, that's what worked for me.

Never got an email, but checked the status of my rebate and now there is a second entry saying the rebate check has been mailed. Looks like the second review of my submission worked for me.

As other rejected rebaters said, there is nothing on the form to alert someone that any sodastream would be rejected. It's obvious that in their system they are mistakenly rejecting the UPC codes...
