Except for HDX955WFK4DGM, which is a "non-BE" 955. If I had to guess, I'd say that one is the same as the Phenom II X4 B97.
Any 955 you are likely to encounter will be a BE, unlocked version...

It is BE as title indicates, all 955 and 965's are! Unlocked multiplier means you can exceed the stock value value at your own risk, you can always underclock regardless.
