You are incorrect this card is a special 660 the dc2 oc edition. Its comparing this card to a 7850 this card gets around equal performance to the 7870 ghz edition when you overclock it.

I'm not sure you are reading that correctly.. But your looking at stock speed 7850 vs OC 660 yes stock speeds on a 7850 are way to low so if we compare a maxed 7850 OC to a 660 OC the 7850 will win...
