No worries. I just off off the phone with them and they are still working on getting the rebates out. I was told to call back 01/\-05/14 and was promised an update then.
Mine was approved 10/5/13.

Did any of you get your rebates yet? I checked the online status and the rebate form was received 10-18-13 and has been approved. I get a lot of junk mail and I'm hoping it didn't get thrown out.

You just buy the paint in-store, then complete the rebate form online. No mail-in required. Now I will have to wait 6-8 weeks for the gift card to arrive.

Google any product and you'll find "quality issues"... I have no complaints for their interior paints, and Consumer Reports rated them highest for exterior paint and stain this year. Guess time...
