i think i would agree, i personally woudnt have this installed in my home but more than enough for a rental property

just an opinion, not to TC. buy only if you are installing it in a property for sale. it just cries - cheap. look at the total cost of ownership if you are thinking about installing it in your home....

Id suggest adding a $1 filler while placing the order to make it over $100....
