Not true at all in my case. Had the tv for almost 3 weeks trying to tweak it and decide if I liked it..called them, and gave me absolutely no hassle at all in returning it.

You only have 14 days to do that. And I called them, the rep said that they'll pay for the return only if there's something wrong with it or it's defective. So, poor picture quality etc. won't cut...

I did, I've had it for a week and works pretty good. No motion blur that I can tell while gaming or watching 3d content. Picture is clear. As I said before sound is not that good but not horrible...

I got it, Picture is very very good, sound is ok. 3d is better than my sony 50" that costs 1200 ..... Just couple it with a good home theater and it is a very good tv for that price
