These f*kers did the same to me. I just did a chargeback for the rebate amount and Amex took care of it and gave me credit for the rebate amount. 4myrebate is a scam.

They are usually quite good, assuming you have provided them with what they need. If you have done more than a few rebates though it is best to avoid having to deal with them whenever possible....
