This offer is from a year ago. The $95 was waived for the first year. It's the time of year that you are charged for the second year. Most people convert to no-fee cards before the year cycles.

that doesn't sound right... are you sure you're counting the min spend correctly? the annual fee or any other fees do not count... in any case call them or send a secure message.
