That is still true in my recent experience:
SMS: $0 incoming, $0.04 outgoing
Voice: $0.02 per min incoming, $0.05 per min outgoing (including when someone leaves a VM :()

Yes they do. Purchase a plus sim and load it with just $10 and you get .02/minute in and out and no expiration. (As long as you make at least one call in a 90 day period). They just don't advertise...

I have the new PLUS sim and data does work. I am able to send/receive email on it. My phone is a 3G phone so I am not sure about 4G. The Lyca rep you spoke to must be mistaken.

If I need to make at least one call per 90 days, then no issue! But I think I read in some other SD thread that all the balance I load up will expire in 90 day....:mad:
