i got the same email, called up and they had me email the reciept and they corrected it while i was on the phone, got the LSA approved email before i hung up.

I tried it with this 12V impact driver and it didn't budge the 90 ft-lb lug nut. So there you go. Still not sure if I want to keep this set... it really makes a loud electrical squealing sound...
