I really like it. I use it with a coffee bean and tea leaf milk frother and I can make a pretty good cup of cappuccino/latte. It's still quite a bit of money, but it's hard to beat the convenience...

Mine was in like new condition. The included documentation states that each machine is factory tested, but your condition sounds like other use. Good luck getting things sorted.
