they're sold on Amazon now too. Some people say to open up the pillow and take out ~20% of the fill to make it easier on your neck.

Terrible! The foam compresses so it gets hard. It is also overfilled. I like the cover (it's supposed to be cooling). I would use the cover on another pillow. My neck hurts from the too high angle...
