No. To resume service, just unsuspend. Click the reconnect button on your account. No reactivation needed, and turning on device will not unsuspend/reconnect service :P

Thanks! We got $300 trade-in immediately in store, but thought porting offered an additional $100. We are still going to port either way, but extra account credit would've been nice, too!
