mine arrived dented because it was shipped in a thin plastic bag. it was wrapped in paper-thin bubble wrap which did nothing to stop any damage to the bottle.

I assume people talking about a stainless bottle are referring to a stainless "thermos" insulated bottle. The ones that have been around for decades. Maybe I am wrong.

It could be Chen fu is selling thermo flask instead of the hydro flask.
I don't think the warranty covers drop and normal wears and tears.
