If you are in Classic...in your profile settings under Options > Display Options >Disable Classic Permadeal view.

If you're referring to this view, that's not the redesign view, but the old classic frontpage view. That one we are considering giving an opt-out for.

The white view is the redesign thread view. You get it by default because you are opted in to redesign. The option to view threads in the classic look is to opt out back to classic.
