The debit REDcard requires a PIN at checkout. They can't take all your money out w/o it.
I also had the Amex prepaid REDcard which did not require a PIN. Losing that one would suck :)

Couln't agree more. Target has always been spot on for customer service for me, but I don't usually buy stuff at target.com so I cant speak to customer service there.

If you shop at Target and target.com, get it. An easy 5% that beats most CCs. I believe it applies to about everything except target gift cards (naturally).
If you don't shop there, forget it....
