I ordered my SIM over a week ago and haven't seen a response since the "processing" email. I tried emailing their support email address's but haven't heard back. You're right about them being clowns.

Yep, did a few factory resets today actually. Along with getting the "your account cannot be validated" and now my signal kept going out too, where it says, "No service" with no bars on the phone. ...

did you try factory resetting the phone? Tmo has better lte coverage in las vegas, and i do have some spotty phone connections sometimes

Still having trouble with making out going and receiving in coming calls after port-in. Data and Text work fine. Tried all the PRL update and stuff...no go. Support is a nightmare....

I had the same issue after port-in. Had to manually update the MSID/MSL as per RP instructions. All good now.:nod: Just got my Tribute 2 today, waiting for a free device swap promo.

i did all that, reset the data, reset a bunch of things. didn't work.. then next day it worked.. might just take a while, hard to tell if i helped in anyway.... stoked that it works!!!!
