Not the same...but i went into my local costco, and the USDA Prime Beef Ribeye Whole Boneless was $9.79/lb, thought it was a good price. For reference, Choice was $8.99/lb.

i trimmed mine today (it does need a lot of trimming). then cut it up into 15 nice steaks. paid $80 so it came to about $5.33 per steak. i grilled them up tonight and they were good (not filet good)...

Split ours up 1/2 cut into steaks and 1/2 as a roast. Had the steaks last night....they were awesome. The meat was very tender. Thanks OP for the heads on this.

Last year I did a complete salt dome cook for the Prime rib and it turned quite good. This year I am going to follow this guys recipe to a tee and hope for the best. The picture is sure convincing....
