Actually the force tool only works on older Kwickset locks. The newer gen of kwickset cant be forced. The forcetool just screws the lock up, but doesn't open it.

Make sure you are using fresh and good quality alkaline batteries. Do not use cheap batteries in locks, alarms/sensors and remote controls.
