Super hit or miss, it's on a per deal basis.
ie. Buy $8 and get $5 ECB, Limit 3: either you spend $24 and get one $15 ECB, or you have to break it into 3 transactions.

Sure, maybe I will burn some EB's. I still have a bunch from when Hopster put out those $2/1 IP's and they were bogo. But DH goes through the smokehouse ones pretty quickly!
