I think orders under 10 receive the $15, orders of 10+ receive $25, based on the delay, it seems like they have set it up that way

Apparently they eventually drew up a copy and paste answer when people chat with them about this. The c & p answer in chat that they gave me only mentioned a $15 e-gc which is better then nothing....
