Does anyone notice Target red card no longer gives 5% for ebay gift card? I'm not sure if it is system-wide or just ymmv, at least for my account it is not working anymore. Can anyone confirm this?

Now they should allow to combine GCs or remove that stupid 8 GC limit. What if you have 15 $25 GCs? OK, there is the BB/Target route but who knows how long.... :confused: :mad:

It seems to me I had a refund a year or 2 ago that was paid with ebay bucks and it was returned to paypal as a balance. I am not sure.why it is different now ....
