Does anyone notice Target red card no longer gives 5% for ebay gift card? I'm not sure if it is system-wide or just ymmv, at least for my account it is not working anymore. Can anyone confirm this?

Nothing extraordinary. Purchase store gc with ebay gc then purchase ebay gc with store gc. Gamestop/BB does not always work anymore (Gamestop sometimes refuse, BB not having ebay gcs in stock...

Now they should allow to combine GCs or remove that stupid 8 GC limit. What if you have 15 $25 GCs? OK, there is the BB/Target route but who knows how long.... :confused: :mad:

That is what is kind of funny.. It seems to me I had a refund a year or 2 ago that was paid with ebay bucks and it was returned to paypal as a balance. I am not sure.why it is different now ....

I had a refund today.. Ebay says it was paid to paypal. I went to paypal. No new funds, but I see the refund in my transactions. I go to details. it gives me no clue what gift card it was returned...
