Mine was recognized no problem. Did you try a second pc just in case? I would complain and say you did not get a new drive when it was advertised as new, and you want a return label immediately....

Got mine today. Model SRD00F1, PN: 1HUAP3-500. It has a plain matte case, not the grid pattern in the website photo.

I received the STCN2000100 drive today and I did open the enclosure. The inside drive is Samsung Spinpoint M9T 2TB and it is the drive which fit PS4.
