Update. The price dropped to $1,697 and the Microsoft Store honored the price drop for me. I have a hard time feeling bad about this deal at $1697-$400 laptop trade in.

From the research I did, apparently Windows is scaled correctly, as is Lightroom CC. For my purposes, that should be enough for now. I would have preferred a Mac, which has better high-res...
