I did. I ran numerous cycles with both water and vinegar and the plastic taste didn't subside. The replacement brewer worked perfectly - no plastic taste. Thanks for the tip, though.

You need to make sure that you run at least 6 cups of water through the machine before brewing your first cup. That should fix the issue.

Make sure you reference your original invoice showing the original price. They should refund you immediately. Excellent deal either way, as the Keurig alone is over $100 anywhere.
