They are all the same size except the 10 lb ones were slightly smaller. I didn't get anything smaller than 10 lbs.

.com apparently messed up and sent one 40lb instead of two 20lbs so they just sold me two Gold's rubber coated versions for $30. They were priced at 20, so can't complain.

Does anyone know if the grips are the same size regardless of weight? I bought some neoprene dumbbells and the heavier the weight the larger the grips and I hate it.

I had that cap barbell before and have had metal shavings in my hand several times because of that. It will be best to try to lift the plate when removing it so it's not fully dragging.

Costco has a set that includes a rack for $130, 200 lbs or so of dumbbells. YMMV- my buddy's Costco didn't have it (mine is in miramar)

Check craigslist. Many people give up and sell it for less. I've never looked for dumbbells, but you can find olympic plates for less than $0.50/lb
