Freesync mode already does 55~75Hz, so you aren't really overclocking it per se.

This monitor easy over-clocks to 75hz . I play games and they look and play awesome with this monitor. I do have 2 4gig graphics cards running in SLI.

People want higher resolution than that; it's quite low. For those with bad eyes, it's great. For those with better eyes, who want to see more onscreen, 1920x1080 is pretty low res.
