Usually tp15 is the norm size that you see at Walmart. I measured my oven and max size is 17" so this will be a welcome improvement for pizza lol. 13" is max size for the breville800XL

I have cooked bread consisting of French bread and loafs . Alluminium works great if it is thick and good quality. These pans will work great.. I've used pizza stones and a deep dish alluminium pan ....

The TP19 is, in fact, large, flimsy, and made in India.
