Interesting. I tried to do the same with Pageplus. The phone will not go past the activation screen with PagePlus sim on it. So TracFone BYOD sim card gave no problems with activation? Let me know...

I did not see this BYOD minute card on TracFone.com.....where is it? I would like to duplicate this plan I ended up actually activating on TracFone on a 90 day / 180 min/text/mb plan for $19.99....
