Just an update...i finally found out why my remux bluray had noise in it. Factory settings in the Main Menu > Advanced Settings had the HDMI mode on Video which put the aspect ratio to "normal". ...

Color saturation definitely needs to be turned down to 45 or lower. I'm at 43 right now and think I probably need to go a bit lower.
