Call me old-fashioned, but if one can't wait for $50 statement credit (~1 month) and/or $53 CB check (~2-3 months), I don't think he/she should be in the market for a $350 headphones.

Its a good deal if you have an amex card with the offer on it and if the cash back is still at 15%. You also have to take into consideration you still need to fork out $350 now and wait for the cash...

I played with the GC35 for a bit. Didn't care for the sound quality. Momentum Wireless definitely sound better. ANC isn't my first priority but it's good enough.

I can't agree here. The reason is because I had my QC25s for 13 months and one side broke. No hard wear and tear on these and disappointed they already broke.
