Agreed, but we also can't compare a $375 chair to a $27 chair. For the price, they should be more than adequate.

You actually have a choice between fiberglass, traditional plastic, or molded wood with Herman Miller. Modernica is exclusively fiberglass, you're right about that. Both are superbly built.

If these aren't Herman Miller or Modernica then buyer beware. The knockoffs don't usually last very long. The real deals are nuke-proof and are worth the money, IMHO.
