It's probably perfectly fine for a windows phone (at least it is for the lumia 640). If this was a 1gb android phone then I would be telling people to run away as fast as you can.

No, it won't work on either T-Mobile or AT&T until it has been unlocked. Cricket will unlock after 6 months of service.

Have Cricket currently...wish you could just purchase the phone...that is a great price You'll need a different sim card but ATT and T mobile phones are interchangeable from my experience....
