The deal is still live. Choose the $1/mo device payment plan, not the "2 y contract" or the "unactivated" price. You just need to locate a phone in store - call and have them check their computers...

First have sim cards ready. h2o took 6 days. Lycamobil (1c on amazon) took 15 min. get the phones paid of and ported out on the same day ! After paying off 3 phones on family plan my bill was $1.26....

Just got one at BB (San Francisco) and it took 2 hours(!!!) on the phone with Verizon rep to approve the transaction.
