disney typically does the price difference. SO if you upgrade, you pay the difference between what you paid, to the pass you desire.

It's 60 blackout days for the fun pass versus 180 for the so cal select pass - quite a big difference. That is the only thing that really justifies the price. I am temped at the moment.

Blackout dates on the So Cal pass are pretty bad. All Saturdays and Sundays, most of June/July/August, Spring Break, Christmas Break. So either for stay at home moms/dads with little kids or families...
