I have 3 people on cricket and none of us have issues, at least for the most part. I use to have Sprint and Tmobile both had much worse service.

I've had nothing but good experiences with cricket besides that one outage but I am not downtown that often. Never had a problem though.

Auto pay has always been an option for every plan including group plans -- Cricket wants your money and wants to make it easier for you to keep active service

They have many good promotions.
Don't expect customer service level of major when you are in trouble.

+1 to this, my experience as well, I only recommend Cricket to people that absolutely need AT&T service, otherwise Metro or Boost are 1000% more reliable. I waiting to run down about $280 in credits...

My experience with Cricket is the same as yours. After my credit has been used up I'm porting out. I have had way too many failed calls in an area with excellent AT&T native coverage.

It depends on individual case. for somebody who dont use that much data. saving $5 still matters and we can always get the 1GB for $10 for those emergency times we need. Trust me i never crossed 1GB...

If connectivity is a concern, I would strongly recommend against Cricket. Here is my experience:
I carry both a company issued Samsung S6 serviced through AT&T, and a personal S6 with Cricket....
