Thanks all, I got cheaper one from Amazon. It was cheaper than the fram one & even cheaper than on eBay. Mines was filthy so I vacuumed old one until I receive the new one.

it does keep things out of your air system in the car. they aren't really mandatory but for $10 every few years im fine with it. its always funny at the dealer when they want $70 to replace it...
