I just got this at Costco in store for $21.49.
Original price is $29.49 with an in store $8 coupon.
Minus the $20 rebate + 2 $0.49 stamps makes it a pretty spiffy deal. =) Thanks OP!

Yes you have to open the clamshell plastic, it is on the bottom of the packaging. Also at my local Costco, they were $21.49 after $8 coupon/rebate + tax.

Not bad. So you can buy 3 and fill out each of the 3 rebates per item. I guess you'd need to factor in the $4.23 spent in stamps also.
