Be sure that the deal you're buying doesn't say "Promo code not valid on this offer." I bought an Escape Room thing and wasn't sure why FLASH25 wasn't working, called in and turns out it's buried in...

"Additionally, any unredeemed voucher may be returned to us within the first three days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid. After that three day time period, Groupon will not refund any...

Viewing a voucher seals the deal? I thought how soon after you purchased the groupon was what mattered regarding cancelling it

It could be on a place to place basis. She read me the fine print. But it should have been more explicit. I told the rep that if it can't be repeated even 8 months later, it should have said so. ...

Lol, that's interesting. I bought 2 $35 Groupon to this local pizza place a few weeks ago. It says you can only buy 2 every 90 days. I wonder if that's true or it's going to actually reset by the...

Buy one, then another. Two separate transactions. It should work, but if you can't get the discount on the 2nd you can cancel the 1st transaction (as long as you don't view the voucher).

Look in the fine print for the ones it won't work. Some say they won't accept codes. If there is nothing there and you've never used a groupon for that business before, call Groupon and ask.

Call the business and ask them if they'll still honor it after the 120 days. Often they will. Let them know you will call them again before the 120 days to remind them that they said it could be...

I called Groupon and got the answer. It's because I used a groupon for the same restaurant last January and you can't get one a 2nd time for that place no matter how long it's been.

Was looking for mani pedi and spa for my daughter's birthday in. The 120 days thing kills it for me. Hope they have something like this around late Oct early Nov so it doesn't run out until after Jan.

That's bizarre, but doesn't surprise me knowing Groupon. They actually had a targeted promo code that was supposed to expire 09/25/16 for 25% off 1 Deal. I wonder if they got lazy and copied the...

I eventually got the email with the code. Used it once successfully. But the 2nd time (on a deal that definitely qualified -- one I've gotten before and nothing disqualifying it in the fine print)...

This is not a targeted code. It is universal, as others have said. It shows up on the homepage on a banner ad with clear cookies and without signing in. If it was targeted, the e-mail would say...

even on the codes that were targeted to me, every deal I have wanted wasn't eligible for coupons.

Tried to order Papa John's pizza in our city. Sorry, the code can't apply to this purchase. Check the code's rules. (sorry30) This code is not valid. Try again. I'm pretty sure Papa John is...
