Unless you really want the game you can get Parallels 11 off the Bay for ~$25 with a free upgrade to Parallels 12 through Oct 31. That's what I did :D

There lies my question - newest MacBook Pro with i7, 16gb, and Radeon 370x. If I put Parallels and win 10 pro, would win 10 see the Radeon and run the game fine?

Nice! Sad I missed that, but $40 isn't too bad, especially if I end up selling the game vs. playing it. I think most of my friends are already burnt out with the game though.
