move or delete some shit, or disable pagefile/hibernation, so you have some space to shrink it, then extend again

On the surface, it doesn't look like there would be a way to fix that without re-installing Windows. I'd suggest a complete reinstall and wipe out the existing partitions. Out of curiosity, what...
