Worked for me, too. At around the five minute mark I refreshed EVERY 30 seconds. Got the $1 wall charger AND the 26800. Not that I need more chargers. Thanks, OP!

Got a code. Trick was to refresh with about 5-10 seconds left. I refreshed from 58 seconds left and it magically went down to 37 seconds. Timer is off somehow.

Most devices on the market don't support Quick Charge anyway. And I don't think I've even seen a quality 10,000 mAH model for $10 let alone one at this capacity.
