LG admit the bootloop is caused by hardware issue, you can't fix it by software update. Unfortunately LG won't fix out of warranty phones....

I love this phone. It feels so premium. Really looks nice too. The screen is awesome. I know its not the absolute latest and greatest but going from a OnePlus One to this was quite an upgrade for me.
