You appear to be looking for a very niche monitor here. Most monitors are going to be plugged into a PC that doesn't care about HDCP. If the monitor is capable of 4K at 60 hz than that is a good...

Thanks, I cannot use a TV where I game. I sit 2ft from the screen. 27-28 is really the max I can go. The problem I am finding is a lot of monitors in 4k are not hdcp 2.2.

Just look for a low latency monitor. Things like gsync aren't supported I don't beleive.
I'm running a 55" 4K Samsung curved - it has a little lag but at my age I add more lag than the tv.

competitive fps games, and PS4 do not go together.. If you want FPS competition go to PC, if you want FPS competition on a console go with XBOX 1 S..
