HDMI-CEC, or controlling things with the TV remote, should work for all HDMI ports. ARC is only supported on one port for the audio return channel. You can probably achieve both ;)

Correct. Your TV must support HDMI-CEC as well. In order to use ARC your TV and Soundbar need to support it. I don't think it works any other way.

You are correct. My apologies. I double checked and I do have the 380 & 370 models. However, any media device can connect to the Sony 370, 380, 390 models via bluetooth.
